 (2)Due to the limited focus of this Fund, the UMB Scout Small Cap Fund is more susceptible to market volatility because smaller companies may not have the management experience, finanical resources, product diversification and competitive strengths of larger companies.  Additionally, smaller company stocks tend to be sold less often and in smaller amounts than the stocks of larger companies.
 (3) Prior to July 2, 2001, the Fund was known as the UMB Scout Regional Fund and was managed in accordance with a different investment objective and strategy.
 (4)The UMB Scout Stock Select Fund name was changed to UMB Scout Growth Fund on April 1, 2005.          
 (5)The UMB Scout World Wide Fund name was changed to UMB Scout International Fund on October 31, 2006.
